Hi! I'm Nicole

I’m a refugee and an immigrant
A Silicon Valley corporate Manager
A business owner
A stay-at-home Mom
And…an empty-nester Mom.

My life used to be defined by these roles and identities. And the circumstances I found myself in created the structures for my life for so many years.

Until the day I tapped into a deeper well of my internal desires, my personal strengths, and my capacities and capabilities. I felt a bigger world outside of my circumstances and I wanted more!

My journey of self-discovery, living in the Bay Area during a decade of working in the corporate world, and now residing in Northern California, has come with so many amazing mentors, coaches, peer support, and untold blissful mornings of clarity through deep self-reflection and sacred conversations in my private journals.

I learned that our growth edges are where we want to be to create the radiant life we love with the impact we are here to make… and I hold a safe and loving space for myself and everyone I work with to be in that zone.

I help soul-hearted women step into more harmony with who they uniquely are, access their genius gifts and talents, and create a life of radiant vitality and meaningful impact.

A mentor once told me, you cannot become your best self by yourself.  I didn’t quite understand what she meant at the time and questioned that idea, priding myself on my own resourcefulness and determination.

Until I understood the deeper truth: You need a sacred space to be held for you by others who can see your greatness, the truth of who you are, and all the possibilities of who you can become. You want someone who can then reflect back to you and amplify WHO YOU ARE BECOMING on that journey and support you to make the choices and take the actions to live in alignment with that greater vision.

Especially for times when all you feel is the confusion from your everyday struggles, and the frustration of being pulled in a million different directions…

I have been there! We have all been there.

But I’ve also had the privilege of being held by such grace and loving support. And it has made all the difference in my life!

My purpose is to hold such a space for soul-hearted women now to explore and embody the mindsets, frameworks, skillsets, and capacities needed to step into more harmony and everyday vitality, to express those parts of us that are longing to self-express, play bigger and be a positive force for change. 

I’m a Feminine Power transformational coach and facilitator by training. But my life experience is what makes me who I am today: a seeker of bigger possibilities regardless of circumstances.

I’m ready to support you to step more into your own power and unique radiance…and make your impact in the world! You have much to offer and you have extraordinary value!
